La Central

There is true "Craft" taking place at this craft burger joint. Boasting "100% gourmet, delicious and homemade", the only disappointment I can think of about La Central is that it's only in Barcelona, Spain which is a bit of a trek from California. This may be a good thing however, as I would probably be there at least once a week!

Whether you want premium beef or you are vegan, La Central has you covered. Offering patties of Organic beef from Pyriness, Black Angus beef, Free Range Chicken, Vegan or even Seitan. You are presented with a "build your own" option which allows you to select from an ample list of toppings and add-ons or you can choose from some of the listed house creations. Produce is fresh and buns are baked daily from scratch. Potatoes cut and cooked to order deliver a perfect blend of crisp outsides with soft insides providing texture contrasts that are delightfully pleasing to the pallet and portions are huge! There are an assortment of quality beers including their own craft blonde ale.

Rounding out the menu are homemade chicken nuggets, two different salads and three dessert choices... They've thought of everything!
