Maybe it's my Welsh heritage but I love a good English Breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised when I found a great one when I arrived in Marbella with considerable jet lag.

This was a great meal to have after waking up at 4AM to catch a flight to Malaga. No wonder it's a perfect hangover food!
